How to Score a Prefect 10 at Losing Pregnancy Weight

Summer is over and the children are heading back to school and Moms need to get back to working out. Like students who need school supplies to get through their school day - Moms need supplies to losing the pregnancy weight. Here are four materials Moms should equip themselves with to get back to the basics of losing the baby fat.

1. Daily Planner

Kids get a planner for scheduling homework, assignments, tests and so on. And so must new Moms when losing pregnancy weight. If you want to stay on track, it’s always good to pencil in those workout times. Your time is very precious and having a Planner will greatly help you to manage your time. Also, having those goals written down makes them easier to stick to and trim your tummy. Don’t forget to allow yourself free time for fun or for an extra nap or two.

2. Dress to Impress with a Uniform

Dress to impress and lose your tummy! The easiest way to shed those pounds is to get new threads. Ladies who get comfortable shorts, shirts, and shoes are able to do the extra mile when exercising. Sporting the latest trends isn’t what I mean - just getting yourself into some supportive running shoes can make it easier to lose the pregnancy weight. The biggest pay out will be when you can reward yourself with smaller dress and jean sizes once you trim your tummy.

3. Fill your Backpack

As any personal trainer will tell you, to lose pregnancy weight you have to add some weight training to your workout regime. Carrying your baby or pushing the stroller during your cardio can add that extra resistance. You often see ladies using hand weights during their power walk. They do this because it enables the muscles to get involved in the cardio routine and keeps everything working ten times harder burning more calories.

4. Tools of the Trade

Kids have to buy books and pens to keep up to speed in school. When losing pregnancy weight new moms need the tools of the trade too! Get an exercise ball to tone your abs or free weights to sculpt those arms. Only doing cardio won’t cut it when trying to lose your tummy. Getting the right supplies will allow you to incorporate resistance training into your routine.

Staying in shape isn’t just for the summer sun. Getting back to the exercise basics with these four rules will help burn the baby fat. Incorporate your baby in your cardio, keep toning at home with your tools and once you’ve planned your workout get some new threads to wear while exercising.
